Area
located in the village of Vyshnivets on a hill overlooking the reservoir from the river Goryn. Slope of the area with a strong decline in relief in the southern direction.
Garage
From the street there is an entrance to the territory and to the garage for two cars with a canopy for two cars. From the garage to the house is a "warm" transition.
Ground floor.
The entrance hall is arranged with a height of two floors overlooking the living area and the transition- "bridge" of the second floor. Between the entrance hall and the main part of the house is located light "well", inside which are planted plants that are melted in the open air and do not require constant care.
In the entrance hall there are stairs to the second floor. In the west wing of the house there are toilets with shower and laundry. As well as a children's playroom and gym.
The kitchen is located in the east wing of the house, next to the kitchen there is a pantry, exit from the garage and stairs to the basement. Between the kitchen and living room - dining area with a table for 10-20 people.
All the main rooms on the first floor have large panoramic windows on the covered part of the large terrace with pool.
First floor.
Stairs can lead to the second floor in the master bedroom with its own bathroom and wardrobe.
Through the "bridge" between the two-story spaces of the entrance hall and living room you can get into a block of three bedrooms and a bathroom with pantry.
Underground level
The house is presented mostly in the format of foundations, only under a small part there is a room: a set of technical rooms, pantries, laundry and storage room, as well as a lounge with sauna and mini-pool for immersion.
Terrace and pool
The large terrace with pool is located on the same level as the first floor. In front of the pool there is a recess with sofa groups and a place for a fireplace. The pool itself is divided into two zones - swimming and decorative with sunbeds.
Paving
territory, terraces and cladding of the basement of the house is planned with slabs of natural stone (thermally and polished granite, slate) of gray and dark gray rocks to give the building a visually "strong" foundation and beautifully integrated into the landscape.
Facade
houses - mostly white painting of mineral facade plaster, as well as porcelain tiles with a texture of white marble. Some facades are also decorated with elements of colored stainless steel.
Gazebo
The terrace ends on the west side with a gazebo, which is equipped with another place to relax. The gazebo hangs cantilevered over the hill and overlooks the reservoir.
To compensate for the strong difference in relief on the south side around the house there are several levels of green terraces. Lined with granite slabs.
